This gourd features images on four sides....two different bears, and two different sets of feathers.
To Native Americans, the bear represents strength, courage, healing, wisdom and transformation. Likewise, feathers represent high honor, power, wisdom, trust, strength, and freedom. As such, feathers are seen as gifts from the sky. Thus the title "Strength and Freedom"
The gourd top is removable and features a hand carved bear. There are turquoise stones incorporated
into the rim and base of the gourd.
